- Photography has been hobby of mine since I was a child. I continued to develop my skills overtime through several years of independent study as I completed four years as an elementary teacher. About two years ago I decided to take an adult education course on photography from a professional, high end, wedding photographer. This experience led me to being his assistant for the summer where I viewed and edited tens of thousands of beautiful, natural photographs. The following spring my son was born. I have never been so overcome with pure love or obsessed with capturing every sweet grin, giggle, pout and glance of curiosity.
My son has opened my eyes to life in ways only a mother knows. Without words and through his raw beauty, he has inspired me to pursue my dream as a professional photographer. I would be honored to capture your personal moments, whether it's a developing pregnancy, the birth of a newborn, a growing child, an engagement, wedding, an athletic feat or any memorable life event.
